Classes to improve your day to day life, including aspects of lifting, bending, mobility and flexibility. The class incorporates elements of yoga and pilates to help with functional fitness. This class is designed for any age group, gender or ability. Everyone is welcome and our classes are tailored with you in mind.
Monday: 09.00, 10.30, 19.00, 20.00
Wednesday: 09.00, 10.30, 19.15
Thursday: 09.30, 18.00, 19.15
All classes are 1 hour long - We also run classes at Frogmore Village hall on Tuesdays at 10am, Strete Parish Hall Tuesday 12pm and Stoke Fleming Village Hall on Thursdays at 11.15am
