Injury Management is a set of stages to assist and manage healing from injury. The following is an example of what a programme may look like, but depending upon the injury and individual, the management will be specifically tailored.
Stage 1: Acute = Treatment + Ice (0-72 hours)
Stage 2: Sub-Acute = Treatment + Cold/Heat (72 hours -2 weeks)
Stage 3: Chronic = Treatment + Heat + Exercises (rehab)
